Minecraft Mondays 

Minecraft Monday was a Club Service project which commenced on the 3rd of July, 2023 and concluded on the 31st of July, 2023 in which club members came together to play Minecraft through a virtual setting.

Minecraft Mondays was conducted on a virtual setting via discord. Members and prospective members joined through the link and played team building games such as their own version of ‘capture the flag’ and creative games like a building contest.

The primary goal of the project was to build friendship amongst the our members and prospective members and to build up our members’ skills and creativity through worldbuilding and online gaming. This also was a great opportunity for members to get to know eachother in a fun way and strengthen the bond between them.

The project was successfully completed with the participation of Colombo Regent members as well as a few non-Rotaractors.

We’d like to thank Rtr Ayman Ameer, the project chair, Rtr. Yaish Riaz, Rtr. Apsara Rodrigo, Rtr. Nishadya Dayadi for their dedication and hard work poured into making this project a success.
